Warranty claim / warranty cases
If you would like a warranty review, please use the following document. For a speedy processing on our part, erroneous photos would be advantageous if their information content is higher than a written description of the defect. For warranty or warranty cases, the processing time may vary because the goods must be sent to the manufacturer and checked there. Our staff will then inform you by e-mail about the further course of action.
Please do not return non-free packages to us as the origin and content of such packages are unknown to us at the time of acceptance.
